Population
Tequila is home for 40697 inhabitants, 20148 of them being male and 20549 female. 24116 people are adults and 3508 are aged 60 years and more. Access to the social security system do have 27663 individuals.
Scholar education
Besides the fact that 1762 people in the age-group 15 and older did not visit a school, just 1313 people do not know read and write well.
