Mixquiahuala is populated by 25510 people. The total population consists of 1330 children aged 0 to 2 years, 1428 aged 3 to 5 years, 2871 children aged 6 to 11 years, 1420 teenagers between 12 and 14 years and 1507 aged 15 to 17 years.
