Ocosingo is populated by 41878 people. The total population consists of 2833 children aged 0 to 2 years, 3081 aged 3 to 5 years, 5700 children aged 6 to 11 years, 2655 teenagers between 12 and 14 years and 2879 aged 15 to 17 years.
